While we take privacy seriously, no method of electronic transmission, digital storage, communication, or information processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, through aviation operators, through service providers, through verification partners, and through other lawful sources.

Ace ✦ Jets may use personal information for a variety of legitimate business and operational purposes, including evaluating membership applications, verifying identity, conducting membership and compliance reviews, facilitating aviation-related services, coordinating travel arrangements, processing bookings, managing member accounts, administering membership benefits, communicating with members, organizing events and experiences, operating the Network In The Air programme, processing payments, preventing fraud, enhancing security, maintaining platform functionality, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, providing customer support, delivering concierge services, facilitating reputation-related services available through Ace+ programmes, conducting internal analytics, improving the quality and performance of our Services, developing new offerings, sending operational updates and service-related communications, and otherwise operating, protecting, and growing the Ace ✦ Jets business and membership ecosystem.
4. AVIATION-RELATED INFORMATION SHARING
Because Ace ✦ Jets facilitates aviation-related opportunities, certain information may need to be shared with aviation operators, charter providers, airports, flight coordinators, crew members, aviation service providers, ground transportation providers, customs agencies, security providers, governmental authorities, and other entities necessary to facilitate travel.
In connection with aviation bookings, charter requests, concierge services, passenger verification requirements, regulatory obligations, and travel coordination, Ace ✦ Jets may share certain information with authorized aviation operators, charter providers, airports, aviation service providers, crew members, security personnel, customs authorities, ground transportation providers, regulatory agencies, and other parties reasonably necessary to facilitate travel services. Such information may include passenger names, passport details, identification information, contact information, travel itineraries, emergency contact details, special travel requirements, travel preferences, booking information, and other information reasonably required for the planning, coordination, execution, safety, compliance, and administration of aviation-related services. By utilizing aviation services through Ace ✦ Jets, members acknowledge and consent to the sharing of such information to the extent necessary for the provision and facilitation of private aviation services.
5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND KYC
Ace ✦ Jets may conduct identity verification, screening, compliance reviews, fraud prevention checks, background assessments, or Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
We may utilize third-party verification providers to assist with these processes.
Verification providers may independently collect, process, store, and evaluate information submitted for identity verification purposes.
Participation in certain services may require successful completion of identity verification procedures.
6.PAYMENT PROCESSING
Ace ✦ Jets does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own systems except where necessary and permitted by law.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
These providers maintain their own privacy practices and security procedures.
Ace ✦ Jets is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent payment processors.
7. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Ace ✦ Jets may communicate with members regarding membership opportunities, aviation-related services, travel opportunities, Network In The Air experiences, private events, concierge offerings, reputation-related services, platform updates, newsletters, promotional campaigns, member benefits, operational announcements, and other information that may be relevant to a member’s relationship with Ace ✦ Jets. Members may opt out of marketing and promotional communications at any time by following the applicable unsubscribe instructions or contacting Ace ✦ Jets directly. However, members acknowledge that certain communications relating to account administration, membership status, bookings, payments, legal notices, security matters, policy updates, service notifications, compliance requirements, and other operational matters may continue to be sent as necessary for the administration and delivery of the Services, regardless of marketing communication preferences.
8. EMAIL, SMS, AND WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS
By providing contact information to Ace ✦ Jets, members expressly consent to receive communications through email, telephone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp, secure messaging platforms, mobile applications, and other communication channels utilized by Ace ✦ Jets in connection with the delivery of its Services. Such communications may include membership-related updates, booking confirmations, concierge communications, event invitations, travel notifications, account notices, operational updates, marketing communications, legal notices, security alerts, and other information relevant to a member’s relationship with Ace ✦ Jets. Message frequency may vary depending on the Services utilized. Standard carrier, messaging, and data charges may apply. Members may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by utilizing available opt-out mechanisms or by contacting Ace ✦ Jets directly; however, withdrawal of consent shall not prevent Ace ✦ Jets from sending communications necessary for account administration, bookings, legal compliance, security, operational matters, or the continued delivery of Services.
9. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Ace ✦ Jets may utilize cookies, pixels, tracking technologies, analytics tools, advertising technologies, session identifiers, and similar technologies to improve platform functionality, enhance user experience, maintain security, analyze platform performance, personalize content, measure marketing effectiveness, and support business operations. These technologies may collect information relating to website activity, pages visited, session duration, device characteristics, browser information, IP addresses, approximate location data, referral sources, interactions with platform features, browsing behavior, engagement metrics, and other usage-related information. Members and visitors may adjust browser settings or device preferences to limit certain tracking technologies; however, disabling such technologies may affect the availability, performance, security, or functionality of portions of the Platform and Services.
10. NETWORK IN THE AIR PRIVACY
Participation in Network In The Air experiences may involve interaction with other members, founders, executives, investors, public figures, speakers, operators, and guests.
Members acknowledge that Ace ✦ Jets cannot control information voluntarily shared between participants during events.
Certain events may require execution of separate confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, privacy agreements, or event-specific participation terms.
11. REPUTATION-RELATED SERVICES
Where a member participates in reputation-related services offered through Ace+, Ace Reputations, or affiliated programmes, Ace ✦ Jets and its affiliates may collect, analyze, process, and maintain information relating to the member’s public presence, online profiles, digital footprint, media coverage, search visibility, public-facing content, professional background, brand positioning, reputation-related objectives, service engagement history, and other information reasonably necessary for the assessment, delivery, administration, and improvement of such services. Certain reputation-related offerings may be governed by separate service agreements, engagement letters, privacy disclosures, or programme-specific terms, which shall apply in addition to this Privacy Policy where applicable.
12. DATA RETENTION
Ace ✦ Jets retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, administer memberships, facilitate aviation-related activities, maintain business and operational records, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the rights and interests of Ace ✦ Jets and its members, investigate potential violations, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information collected, the purpose for which it was obtained, applicable legal obligations, operational requirements, and the legitimate interests of Ace ✦ Jets. When information is no longer required, Ace ✦ Jets may securely delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of such information in accordance with its internal data management practices and applicable law.

Ace ✦ Jets implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, loss, alteration, destruction, or other forms of unauthorized processing. Such safeguards may include encryption technologies, access management controls, identity verification procedures, authentication protocols, secure hosting environments, data access restrictions, vendor due diligence processes, monitoring systems, internal security policies, employee training measures, and other security practices appropriate to the nature of the information collected. While Ace ✦ Jets continually seeks to maintain and improve its security practices, no system, network, platform, transmission method, or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Ace ✦ Jets cannot guarantee absolute security and members acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the transmission, storage, and processing of information through electronic systems and third-party service providers.
14. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Ace ✦ Jets may engage trusted third-party service providers, contractors, vendors, technology partners, and professional advisors to assist in the operation, administration, delivery, security, and improvement of its Services. Such providers may support functions including payment processing, identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, analytics, customer support, communications, hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, aviation coordination, travel-related services, event management, marketing, platform operations, compliance functions, data processing, and other legitimate business activities. Where necessary to perform such services, these providers may be granted limited access to personal information subject to contractual confidentiality obligations, security requirements, and other appropriate safeguards. Ace ✦ Jets does not authorize such providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they perform on behalf of Ace ✦ Jets.
